How to delete your Riddy account and data
If you have access to the Riddy app, you can delete your account directly by following these steps:
If you cannot access the Riddy app or have uninstalled it, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly.
Please include the phone number associated with your account in your email.
We will process your request within 7 business days.
When you delete your Riddy account, the following data will be handled as described:

| Transaction Records | Retained* | Up to 7 years |
*Order history and transaction records may be retained for legal and tax compliance purposes as required by Israeli law. This data is anonymized and cannot be linked back to your identity after account deletion.
When you delete your account, we also:
