How do I place an order?

Browse restaurants near you, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose your delivery address and payment method to complete your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you can track it in real-time through the Orders tab in the app. You'll see live updates on your order status and delivery progress.

How do I change my delivery address?

You can manage your saved addresses in the app settings or change the delivery address during checkout before confirming your order.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the Profile section in the app. Go to Profile โ†’ Settings โ†’ Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your data.

What payment methods are accepted?

Currently, we accept cash on delivery. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

How do I report an issue with my order?

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at riddyprivacy@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
